Free shipping
Shipping is free on all orders to destinations currently supported at checkout, with no minimum order value. Available shipping methods are shown at checkout. Destination availability depends on the items in your cart.
Order processing and delivery estimates
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days before dispatch. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
Transit estimates depend on the shipping method available for your items and delivery address:
- Standard (3 to 5 Business Days): estimated transit time of 3–5 business days after dispatch.
- Standard (7 to 14 Business Days): estimated transit time of 7–14 business days after dispatch.
Please use the shipping method displayed at checkout for your order's transit estimate. Processing time is additional to transit time. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed; carrier delays, customs clearance and holidays may affect arrival. Items shipped separately may arrive on different dates.
Tracking and delivery address
Tracking details will be provided after dispatch. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates. Check your delivery address before completing your order. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed; changes cannot be guaranteed after dispatch.
International orders
Free shipping applies to supported destinations shown at checkout. Any applicable import duties, taxes or customs charges remain the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Returns and delivery issues
Eligible returns can be requested within 30 days of receiving your item. Approved returns receive a prepaid return shipping label at no cost, with no return handling or restocking fees. Eligibility conditions and exceptions apply; please read our Refund Policy before returning an item.
