Refund Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
✔️ Unused and in original condition (no stains, odors, or signs of use)
✔️ In its original packaging (to maintain quality and hygiene)
✔️ Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality control reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
❌ Used or washed items (including rugs, duvets, and faux fur products)
❌ Custom-made or personalized products
❌ Sale or clearance items (final sale)
❌ Gift cards

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
✅ Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
❌ Rejected returns (due to use, damage, or missing parts) will not be refunded and may be sent back to you at your expense.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card provider—processing times may vary.
- Contact your bank—there may be a delay in posting the refund.

Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged products. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at woolous@hotmail.com with photos of the issue, and we will assist you with an exchange or replacement.
Gifts
- If your item was marked as a gift at checkout and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for the return.
- If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
Return Shipping
To return an item, please email us for details:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless there was an error on our part.
- If you are returning an item valued over $75, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
